About the Chef 

Hi! I'm Chef Ash Jeeves or Chef Jeeves for short. My career whimsically began in Nov 2017 as a New York girl who knew she could cure some of her home sick feelings with a taste of home, literally. Los Angeles opened my mind to the idea of food as a career instead of a hobby. What happened after was a whirlwind. Culinary Arts degree from the Institute of Culinary Education, managing the front of house of an incredible restaurant and then the fairytale...moving to work for a culinary school in Tuscany for 4 months. After returning to LA, my private cheffing career began and grew in a way I could've only dreamed of. To present I have had the pleasure of building an A-list clientele roster including, some of Los Angeles and New York's most elite businesses, celebrities and athletes. As I currently transition into motherhood, my passion has not diminished but is ever evolving. One fun outlet that this past year has helped me to explore is creating a unique menu of chef driven beers with my cicerone fiancé Lee Roy. We collaborate on ways to create flavors that are so unique, refined and thoughtful for the whole spectrum of beer drinkers. Together we pair these one of a kind creations with meals and dinner parties alike. A beer and a home cooked meal, a Cicerone and a Chef, what perfect pairings.

Yuzu Fresno Wit
6% ABV - IBU 11

Combining the elite Yuzu citrus juices and zest with a smooth but flavorful Fresno Chili essence. This beer pairs with everything from aguachile's, to  seafood dinners, and bright summer salads. 

HOPS: Saaz

MALTS: Pilsner, Flaked Wheat, Flaked Oats

YEAST: WLP400 - Belgian Wit Ale


Chamomile Wit
5.5% ABV - IBU 10

Calm chamomile, floral and fragrant. Highlighted by hints of lemon and honey. Balanced and delicate. ​

HOPS: Saaz

MALTS: Pale, Flaked Wheat, Flaked Oats,

YEAST: WLP400 - Belgian Wit Ale


Berry Good Lager
5.8% ABV - IBU 8

As true as its name, this lager is full throttle berry. Like eating a spoonful of the most fresh mixed berry jam you could ever imagine. Vivid notes of strawberry, blueberry, blackberry, raspberry and elderberry. 

HOPS: Saaz

MALTS: Pilsner

YEAST: WLP84- American Lager Yeast


Calabrian Honey
5.8% ABV - IBU 20

Inspired by American Blonde ale's this Honey and Calabrian Chili beer was dreamt up on a night where pizza and pasta were looking for their fun match. Elegant and unique, these flavors came through subtle enough to be present yet not pungent. 

HOPS: East Kent Goldings, Fuggle

MALTS: Pale, Honey malt

YEAST: WLP001 - California Ale


6.2% ABV - IBU 17

Ashley’s secret Pumpkin mix. A true recipe for preparing the pumpkin used in the brew. A slice of brown buttery molasses pumpkin pie on an autumn New York day. 

HOPS: Nugget

MALTS: Pale, Munich, Rye, Caramel 60

YEAST: WLP001 - California Ale
