WHAT IS MEAD?
Mead is most likely the first fermented beverage on earth! It is the most delicious and aromatic creation made from honey, yeast, and water. Some even call it "Honey Wine." Most early beers were a combination of honey and grain, which would technically be called a Braggot. Basically, Braggot is the baby born of Mead and Beer. All three of our flagship meads are bone dry, with no residual sugar, made with locally sourced, raw unfiltered honey, from Malibu and Topanga Canyon.
